Why run to represent Scarborough Centre in Ward 21?
Every generation is given a city to care for, and ours must shape its future. Since 2017, I have been on the ground serving Toronto’s diverse communities. Working alongside families, seniors, newcomers, and youth has provided me with real world insight that a policy paper simply cannot capture. I have seen our city’s incredible resilience, but I have also witnessed deep challenges that go ignored. Over time, I have watched residents grow weary and disconnected. Families are worried about their future in this city, young people struggle to find paths to success, and communities are asking if today’s leadership truly represents tomorrow’s needs. We need a voice that bridges that gap.
Toronto has immense potential, but vision without action is not enough. We require long-term planning, true accountability, and the courage to prioritize the people of Scarborough Centre over political convenience. Our community deserves a representative who is present, prepared, and dedicated to service. I believe in leadership that listens first, plans beyond the next ballot, and understands that the choices we make now will define the lives of the next generation. My candidacy is the result of years of advocacy, community service, and deep listening. This campaign is about more than me—it is a collective effort to build a city that works. We have inherited a great city, and now we have the responsibility to make it even better for those who follow.

I am committed to a common sense approach to public safety, one that addresses the root causes of crime while ensuring our neighborhoods are protected. Together, we will build a ward where security, and peace of mind are the standard for every household, creating a foundation for all other local successes against crime.
Smart Growth & Infrastructure
Growth should expand opportunities for everyone. As Scarborough Centre expands, residents are struggling with rising costs and failing infrastructure. I will champion development that prioritizes the people who live here. This means advocating for efficient transit, upgraded roads, and economic policies that support local businesses. We must ensure Scarborough remains a place where families can afford to live and work, protecting the unique character of our neighborhoods while modernizing our essential services. My goal is to foster a community that grows together, ensuring no resident is left behind as our city evolves into the future.

I believe in a government that delivers value rather than funding projects that offer no local benefit. My perspective is shaped by my years as a resident advocate at City Hall, where I learned that the best decisions are made when leadership actually listens.
As your Councillor, I will ensure that every dollar invested in Scarborough Centre is spent wisely and transparently. Good governance is measured by results, not spending. I will work tirelessly to ensure your contribution to this city result in better services, safer streets, and a higher quality of life for all.
